Who we are

The Company’s business areas are:

·       Consultancy in the chemical, pharmaceutical and process industries.

·       Development of novel Vertical Take-off and Land (VTOL) aircraft.

The Company’s business is delivered by its primary employee and director, James Bush, Chartered Chemical Engineer. 

James graduated from Bath University, England, in 1992 with a first-class bachelor degree in Chemical and Bio‑Process Engineering.  James has over 30 years’ experience of the chemical and process industries, including pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, titanium dioxide, web coating and detergents.  James has worked principally in process design and development and also has production management experience.  James has worked in the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Netherlands and Sweden.  James has particular expertise in the area of heat exchange, including heat recovery.  In October 2019 James founded Needwood Engineering Consulting Ltd.
